    As the core product manager, my teams were responsible for the redesign and build of the asset player, commenting, navigation for the full app, project navigation, asset grid, design systems, front-end architecture and workspaces (home).

    Rebuilt the video player and consolidated 5 players into 1 asset player to support video, images, audio and canvas.

    Rebuilt and expanded the features for commenting, Frame.ios core collaboration feature. Commenting features included support for annotations, threads, anchor-based commenting and comment drafts.

    Led the product and operations for the new design system - Vapor - which was rebuilt alongside the product. Required building and adopting the design system across all new web features.

    Shipped the new project navigation.

    • Hit performance requirements on thousands of folders (60FPS)
    • First time backend was able to support the FE performance requirements in v4
